Our Mission
At Disabled Crusaders, our mission is to provide top-quality local services to our community's disabled citizens.
We serve all disabilites represented by the disability flag.
The Disability Flag Meaning:
Red: Physical Disability - Gold: Neurodivergence
White: Invisible and Undiagnosed Disability
Blue: Emotional and Psychiatric Disability including
mental illness, anxiety, and depression
Green: Sensory Disability, blind, and deaf and blind communities.
Disabled Crusaders is a disability-owned company designed to assist those with disabilities. The services offered are to help where full need is not covered by other resources. Assisting the disabled attain needed equipment, medicines, and other supplies that improve quality of life, yet are otherwise inaccessible
is the goal.
The owner has lived many years needing help with gaps in coverage. She knows what it is like and how great the need.
Disabled Crusaders brings innovative measures to serve the disabled community. We are Crusading for Disabled Citizens.
Welcome Note from Founder
My name is April Diann Woodard. I am thirty-nine years old. I have spastic quadriplegia
cerebral palsy, and I use an electric wheelchair for my daily mobility. I understand the struggles
that people with disabilities face daily. I am the owner and operator of Disabled Crusaders
Inc. Disabled Crusaders is a company opened to help bridge the gap where other state and
federal services cannot help or do not completely help people. Disabled Crusaders helps disabled
members of the community connect with persons and services that will help enrich their daily
lives. Thank you for allowing us to become a part of the community and allowing us to help
enrich the lives of the disabled.
